I would say that "Girlpower" is an inappropriate name for the Far
East, where a higher standard of realism/roleplay is expected, but
nowhere else. It's not like it's a concept that's likely to offend
anyone. Now, if someone came in calling themselves, "Whitepower",
that would be different.

Iceberg's a little odd, so's soft, but Tilted Brim and Black Fox
sound like perfectly reasonable (if somewhat pretentious) nicknames.

If it's a name that could *reasonably* be offensive (not
"conceivably," because anything could *conceivably* be offensive),
then politely inform them of that OOC, and ask them to create a
character with a better name. If it's a name that doesn't seem to
fit the milieu, and you're on the FEI, then, as Robert said, feel
free to taunt them IC (though I'd politely inform them OOC, as well,
that the FEI has an expectation of serious RP in the medieval setting).
If it's just a weird name, and you're not on the FEI, you can, again,
feel free to taunt them IC, but I don't see any problem with it from
an OOC perspective.
