Actually, yes.  SpellMaster used three maps- East Island, West Island, and
South Island.  They all had a long history even before BattleMaster came
about.  At which point, East Island was the first to be used.  The South
Island was duplicated and turned into SWI and SEI, while the West Island was
later "rediscovered" and became known as the Colonies.

So if you're looking at game mechanics, your list is pretty accurate.  But
from a historical, RP standpoint, EI, WI, and the SIs were long before.
