[Discuss] New Fealty Sytem - confusion

Sorry if this has already been said.

The new fealty system is terribly confusing. Perhaps this is because
it's overlapping with the old one? (i.e. oaths don't make you part of
a duchy, swearing fealty the old way still does.)

Perhaps if the help page was online, this would be more clear:
"The requested URL /testing/help/oaths.html was not found on this server."
