[Discuss] If the game mechanics say we're at war, shouldn't we *really* be at war?

People need to think of it like the confederate secession.  A federation is
in effect one huge realm, and a part of it just split off.  It should be
reacted to with the same rage one has when a duchy splits off from a realm,
unless I suppose the federation agreed to it beforehand.
