[Discuss] Moderated List

For all those who are not on the unmoderated list but still mail to it, 
please sign up for the unmoderated list and in the list settings set 
"Mail Delivery to "Disabled"

Please follow this procedure because if you are not subscribed to the 
list, you mails are held for moderation (even in the unmoderated list) 
and _might_ sometimes get lost in the tons of spam the list receives. It 
would be a big help if atleast your mails need not be moderated.
