As a player, I really like this idea,
because I am mostly playing for fun and for the battles,
and having every single troop on both sides in a battle
scattered all over, or in a crazy pattern
would be HILLARIOUS!!

But, I know one of my characters would not like this,
and doubly at this point,
because he has been threatened and asked to step down
because he lead 2 battles to a loss in a row.

Even with these rights in place,
My feeling is that
Generals who want to win win win
(and all others in positions of power)
will still micromanage through alot of 'requests'. 
So all new rights will be in vain.

As a player, I wouldnt be against implementing them though.
