[Discuss] Federation bug?

Lasanar, Ethiala, Arcachon and Sartania was in a federation on FEI. Arcachon
decided to leave, and as such, automaticly war status became between Lasanar
and Arcachon but should not the other nations also have war with Arcachon
since they were the ones that broke out?

Atleast, that is how I understood it to work. Right now, Lasanar and
Arcachon is at war, while Lasanar, Ethiala and Sartania has a federation AND
Arcachon, Ethiala and Sartania has a federation.
