How about simply remove the Royal immunity to  being
 stripped of titles and immunity to being banned  however in
 its place the Royals get the option to  unban
 only themselves or dispute the stripping of titles?  And add
 certain time limits on it, say a week for it to go  into effect
 (ooc: not all can log in; ic: because they are  Royals
 and hence harder to dispute their rights than  common nobles) 
  
 They would have to actively fight for their right  instead of
 hiding behind game mechanics. This means that you'll want
 another realm to hold the Royal prisoner so he  can't unban
 himself, or an infiltrator to keep him so wounded  he can't
 dispute the bans.
