Yeah, maybe not. But was it really so harmful to the player? It's not like a
ban that will beo n his family history forever, that might make him quit
"this boring game"..

It's just a fine. The fine system simply doesn't work because every time it
is used against someone, there is so much discussion about it while it is
actually a very light "warning" punishment.

So things like this, imho, should be ignored. No harm was done. Maybe a
little warning.
