I would actually prepose that landed nobility be exempted from bans as a
rule rather then just royals. A lord has this great swath of land, slaves
(peasants) working for them, knights protecting them and countless other
holdings of wealth. If a judge comes and declares said lord banned I doubt
they would just shrug and leave their region. (Is there any historians in
the house who could comment if I'm thinking of this properly?) Not sure what
long term effect such a suggestion would have if implimented but I'll think
about it and hopefully someone else will too. ;)
