[Discuss] Royal Status

I think dukes would be better. You ban a duke and they'll just secede
(you can secede during the 3 days after a ban, can't you?) and you end
up with a civil war on your hands.

Of course, you can strip them of titles, but that feature doesn't make
any sense either. Removing someone from a council position is fair
enough, but I don't see why a ruler should be able to take away a
duchy/county/barony.
