I've said it before, and I'll say it again:

There is no inalienable right to play in the realm of your choice.

If something bad happens to your realm--it gets destroyed, it gets  
taken over by a mad Duke, you get banned from it--tough.  Deal.  Find  
another realm.  Find a realm that'll help you destroy the people who  
wronged you.  RP it.  Don't just complain OOC.

Someone with royal blood is *royal*--they are above the laws and  
claims of lesser nobles.  You can't touch them.  So learn to live  
with them, or leave them to rule over a dead realm, and chew on their  
own ashes.
