New Army Founded   (8 hours, 17 minutes ago)
Bryce, Duke of Partora has founded a new army named "Perdan's Murderous Wrath" and based in Perdan.

As I am about to either found a new Army or let my duke do so and be the Marshal of said Army I am concerned that the army system is not completely intact.  It seems my ability to dispatch my knights is not available.  And there is an army already created by another Duke in my characters realm.

Also I am not seeing the enactment of the feudal hierarchy or the new Tax system. I was under the impression that the Army could not work with out these tow systems as well.
