[Discuss] Can a Duke remove a region lord from his Duchy?

No. If I own a company, I can grant you shares in it. That gives me no 
power whatsoever to take them away from you later.

In the real world, there was one reliable way to take a title away from 
a noble: Muster an army and conquer his lands, even if they are your own.
