[Discuss] Army Recruitment

Okay, I have a question/comment/suggestion concerning the army home  
region.

Tom mentioned (I think he did, at least) that there might be ducal  
recruiting, right? As in; you recruit at your duchy's city?

Well.... I'm wondering something. Why does an army have a home  
region? What purpose does it serve?

I have a nagging hunch it might be where you recruit with that army.  
If that isn't what it does, I think that would be a pretty nifty  
feature.

But, honestly, does anyone know what the home region does?

Also, I don't know if other realms are experiencing this problem, but  
we have, I believe, 2-3 TLs who had oaths in the old system and, for  
some reason, can't recieve oaths in the new system (our banker and  
general actually; appointed positions, which makes me think it might  
be intentional).

What I'm wondering is: is it intentional that, as High Marshall, I  
cannot be a part of an army, or is it a bug? I can't dispatch myself  
to an army; and I can't recieve an oath to get a lord to dispatch me.
