[Discuss] Can a Duke remove a region lord from his Duchy?

Yeah, that's really more what it is - nothing as serious as disputing the 
nobility of the lord. More along the lines of that the lord is a vassal of 
the Duke the same as any other vassals, and should have similar mechanisms 
to influence or remove that tie as he does with the rest of his knights.
