1. I dunno, I kind of like having the marshall viewing all locations,  
even infils... lets us keep a reign on those ever-rebellious types!

2. Well, presumably, the army is stagnant. No more war chest, no more  
new marshalls. It could still function, but it'd probably be better  
to form a new one. After all, thats how things worked in RL, you  
didn't have the same army institution marching around all the time.

Though I also have some questions...

1. Why can't I appoint myself (the founder of the army thus, I would  
assume, a member) marshall?

2. What happens if an army's leader secedes?

3. All you region lords out there; have you tried dispatching nobles  
yet to various armies? I'm not a lord, so I can't see if its working....
