[Discuss] More Ignore options

The wording of the "ignore" option has always bothered me...and there
have been occasions when I *wanted* to let someone know I was
ignoring them.

Thus, I would like to propose 3 new options for the "ignore" feature--
partly for pure RP reasons, and partly functional.

The current option can be described, I think, as "behead the
messenger and dump the body". I propose to add:
- Behead the messenger, and send the head to his Lord (lets him know
you really hate him, and are not accepting messaged)
- Turn away the messenger (he will go back to his Lord and let him
know you're not accepting messages)
- Take the messages and burn them unread (leaves the messenger alive,
and doesn't let the other player know you're ignoring him)

The non-murderous options I would like because at the moment, anyone
following the "suggested RP" of the ignore page is killing an
innocent man for no greater crime than serving the wrong noble. Now,
I understand this is not something that many nobles would think much
of, given the milieu--but I dare say there would be a good number
who, while they wouldn't consider peasants as being anything remotely
close to equal to nobles, would nonetheless not condone killing them
out of hand.

The options for allowing the one being ignored to know it are for
those times when you just want to rub it in...and don't tell me you
haven't had some of those ;-)

In any case, you could still ignore someone without them knowing, so
no current functionality would be lost, and it would be more
palatable to those of us whose characters believe that peasants are
still human beings, not cattle.
