[Discuss] Caught on the road

It seems like there's now a new way to get captured and thrown in 
prison. My infiltrator got this message while traveling between two 
regions in his realm, moving with a large enemy force:

"Caught on the road   (14 hours, 48 minutes ago)
Personal"

That was the whole message. The result was that my infiltrator got 
thrown into prison in the enemy realm. However, I was still able to see 
the region page for the region my infiltrator had moved into.

It looks like my character was picked up by the enemy troops while 
traveling with them between regions in his own realm. If that's what 
this feature does, it could be useful for stuff like snapping up 
unitless enemy nobles after a victorious battle: just follow them as 
they flee and pick them up.

Tom, is any part of this buggy? I'd guess that my ability to still 
access the region page while in prison was a bug, but I don't know 
anything about this feature and how it's supposed to work. Any comments 
on what exactly this does or should do?
