[Discuss] Feature request - remove council member from power

There used to be a function, now defunct with the advent of infiltraitors,
but now that function was also removed it's completely gone, and you're left
with simply forcing him out through protests, or stripping him.

If you can't convince enough people to protest him out of office, then
you're not a very good leader imo.
