[Discuss] desperate call for help on the bugtracker

I would like to see something like that as well.  I wouldn't mind
helping out in some way but sadly I'm in the good-willed noob catagory

Also, it would be neat if someone wrote up a tutorial to teach
good-willed n00bs how to properly use the bugtracker: i.e., how to check
for reported bugs, how to avoid duplicates, how to label your reports,
etc.   Most normal non-techie people here are clueless about these
details.
