[Discuss] Titan Decision

I don't understand one thing, and perhaps it is because I've failed in using
this as a launch to a further discussion.

Why can we not discuss the titan's role in the game on the discussion list?
Discussing it in the game is, for many reasons, a bad idea.  But why can it
not be discussed here.  It's a Discussion list!
