[Discuss] Dueling

Okay, allow me to rephrase: I visited the academy and did NOT improve 
any skills.  I only did one hour with the basic tutor each time.  Thus, 
I think we can safely assume that since the game said I didn't gain 
anything, that I didn't gain anything.  That being the case, do I need 
to report this to the bugtracker or no?  I think having dueling improve 
swordsmanship makes sense, even first blood, but that isn't my call, 
it's Tom's.  What I need to know is whether this is intentionally like 
this (not what it sounds like from what I know), or not (seems to be 
what Tom meant earlier).
