Assuming Gloria is speaking of herself, a quick glance at her
situation makes me think that the realm took care of the issue
themselves.  The judge that banned Domingo is no longer in any
position of power.

If the Titans do not include a hard and fast rule like the one you
attempted to establish above, do not ever make them look like they
did.
