No it sucks and is overused. I am sorry but there is few that have my
extensive in game command experience period.
1) Stop ordering your people about about like simple simons.
2) Stop listening to your general whine that the reason for his failure
is this person and they need to be fined.
3) Stop fining so damned much.
4) Unless you have a personal caring relationship with someone stop
being so concerned if they are active.
It is all excuses. Inactivity is not that big of a deal and if you
can't figure out who is a bad egg without a freakin counter than either
they are doing something very right, which good for them, or you are
doing something very wrong, which bad for you. If you go off on ban
spree because people are jumping to ther second they are ordered too...
than you deserve whatever you get.
