[Discuss] "last seen" troopleader list feature removed?

There's concern that this feature was really removed. Was it?

As a judge, I try to always avoid punishing players for being inactive, and
this is THE main tool I use to tell if a player is inactive. Sure, they can
just tell me if they couldn't login to follow an order or whatnot... but
what if they don't tell? Then either the player is inactive, or the
character is ignoring me, and I can't tell which it is.
