That was me :P but I have put on a more laid back style since then so don´t
worry.

I would say it is using OOC info for IC reasons too, but I know other things
people have been using to find out.
They are in the underground, get a message, and they see who has been
sending messages realm wide approximently around that time.
This can be done by anyone of course. Would that be wrong I wonder? I know
that is a wide tactic for catching rebels.
