I thought priests couldn't be elected to council positions... Yet Keldaar a priest on FEI was elected ruler in a new colony. Also I thought a lord couldn't be appointed in a region with a claim against it... The new nighthelm colony has an unresolved claim yet they appointed a lord today... So what is what?
