I can't see the stats, but what I gather is a small realm with low income, 
one that hasn't been around a long time and which you believe wouldn't have 
money to have built and expanded a bunch of recruitment centers, suddenly 
has a big jump in CS.

Aid from other realms.  (ie, Realm B gathers a bunch of money, gives it to 
a trusted TL, and he delivers it to KI.)  Family gold.  Paid work.  Looting 
other regions.  Selling food.  Taxes aren't the only way to make money.

If they had been planning this for awhile, they could have built and 
enlarged recruitment centers, without doing any recruiting to speak of, and 
waited.  Later, when the time is right, they distribute money and 
recruit.  Perhaps some other TL's join them at that time from Realm B (or 
Realm C), and they've already hired troops.

Perhaps a few TL's leave KI, join Realm D, recruit, then return to KI.

Especially if they have powerful friends, I can see ways that this could 
happen.  It appears to be on East Island, and since I've had no family 
there, I know little about the island or the political situation - I'm just 
looking at your message.

I really don't think that bringing it to the mailing list because you are 
unsatisfied with the Titans is appropriate.
