A lot more variation in the turn change time? I remember that there used to
be one earlier, but of late (atleast since DST and I know there is no
connection) the turn changes precisely at 2232 hours every night (Am not at
a comp during full turn).

Put in a more significant delay, maybe of upto an hour?
