Yes.  There are several characters who have been in the Hand of Wisdom, in
Avamar, then Oligarch, then Kalmar.   But that is not the point of Eric's
discussion.

What does any character's view has to do with this?
Messaging the Titans is something you do as a player, not as a character.
And everyone should be able to message the Titans and present his evidence
without fear of being called a whiner or a sore loser.
