[Discuss] A man of my word.

Below is a message I sent to the titans roughly a week and a half ago. While
much of the data has stopped rising, it continues to be odd figures, and I
do not understand how they could happen in the first place. Indeed, I find
it shocking that they could sustain the current values. Anyways, when I
posted this, I had a warning within it saying that if I did not hear an
adequate response, I would leave it for the general community to discuss.
Since I have since then received no response whatsoever, not even something
saying they were investigating the matter, I have decided to be a man of my
word and post the message, unedited, to the D-list. So I ask of you, are
there any answers to be found? Is there any relevant data that can be
provided to make what this talks about seem more feasible?

Greeting Titans.

I would first like to mention that this complaint is not specifically about
the character it is labeled under, but rather a request for an investigation
of the realm of Kalmar Islands(referred to as KI).I recently noticed some
oddities in the statistics graphs that, for lack of a better definition,
should be impossible, and leave me to suspect foul play. Considering that
the Titans were created for the sole purpose of advocating and enforcing
fair play, I figure it is your job to investigate this matter and solve it.
I would, however, see the Discussion list as a decent place to raise these
questions, should you be unable to provide an adequate response.

The first thing I would like to bring your attention to, let us call it
exhibit A, is the Income per Player statistics chart of KI. It shows a
rather constant line at around 12 or 13 gold per player. From experience,
this can be seen as barely enough for a small police force.

Secondly, I would like to bring to attention to the fact that KI, and the
lands it occupies, has existed for only 4 months. In this time, only so much
infrastructure could be created. This would be in the form of a handful of
recruitment centers. However, all things concerned, I doubt the count of
recruitment centers would be more then 4. Enough, again, to make a small
police force, or 3k CS or so to fight monsters.

Thirdly, I would like to bring your attention to exhibit B, the Military
Power statistics chart for KI. This chart shows a dramatic thing near the
end– a spike where KI's total CS in a very short amount of time. First of
all, I would have to say that this is contradictory with exhibit A. Such an
increase in CS could not be achieved with such small amounts of gold.
However, since Tom has endorsed using OOC donations and an 'alliance' from
another island to ferry massive amounts of gold into a realm that normally
would not have access. As such, I will not question abuse to procure the
gold used in the creation and upkeep of such a force. However, I will state
this. The population of KI and its underdeveloped nature would not allow for
as many recruits in such a short time as such a CS as that would require.

So I leave you with this question and request: How is it that KI can create
such a force, and is this method abusing game features in any way. While I
will not ask for direct action, if you find a specific part to be
responcible, I leave it to you to enforce your will upon it. If you find a
potential abuse existing in any other way, I ask you to deal with it in an
appropriate way. If it is an untraceable cause, then remove the abused
effect. One thing that comes to mind for me is the unit a character gets
when it is created. Since the TL count doesn't seem to be increasing, I
could speculate that they are then deleting and having the unit be converted
to militia. Though that is speculation, if that is the case I would see you
justified to ask Tom to destroy the militia that were ill-gotten.

I wish you all luck and wisdom in solving this matter. I shall let your
extensive list of Titan tools to examine this matter.
