I said that your Marshals are probably on the frontlines fighting with 
everyone else. And they tend to take command of the battles, or atleast 
thats what the battle reports say. So if anything they will be the ones 
giving all the last minute orders to move out and attack. And because 
they are there with the troops, you ain't getting to delay in the messages
