I do miss those occasional polls the old wiki had :)

Other than that, it's Toms game. If he makes a change players don't 
like, he'll hear about and I believe Tom is capable of seeing when a 
change he made just isn't working. The reactions on the list should 
already give him some insight on what people think about the proposal.
