I could also see delays in messages reducing interaction between players
who come from very different time zones. I know there are a few people I
message regulaly that only spend an hour or two in the game in the same
timeframe as I do. Those hours usually end up being very active message
exchanging time. If there was even an hours delay from their messages,
we'd seldom get any worth wile discussion or RP done in an acceptable
timeframe. Dragging out a simple RP or discussion for three days isn't
really that fun when it could have been done in one day if there were no
message delays.
