[Discuss] Temporary Rulers and Rule-Free Atamara

To satisfy the rabid IRC mobs, Tom, does the prohibition on stepping  
down to let the old ruler get re-elected apply on Atamara during the  
period of no Titans?

Wulf-gar (Noble) has stepped down from his position as ruler of your  
realm. He has given this reason:
"here we go again, krypton owes me 4 prestige points worth of alcohol  
and women."
You should check your Voting Settings for the upcoming election.

This is the second time within a very short period (about a week, I  
think) that Krypton has been captured, Wulf-gar has been elected,  
Krypton has been released, and Wulf-gar has stepped down to allow him  
to be re-elected.

On other islands, my understanding is that this would be cause for a  
lightning bolt, but because Atamara is currently a "no-rules" island,  
there won't be one there.  However, there has been some muttering  
about this on IRC, and people aren't entirely certain...mind  
clarifying the issue?
