Having had a character in both Fallangard, then Ubent after it's fall, and
later Yssaria after it's formation, I remember the events very distinctly.
After the city was lost, to Ubent, they could not keep it for long and it
went rogue. They then TOed it again but could not keep it the second time as
well.
It was then that Yssaria was set up and it definitely cause massive and
widespread protests both in game and on the list.
