[Discuss] This makes me feel bad, but I'm not sure if it's my fault.

So I have this character in Perdan, and one of the marshals send and orders
message that only had four words, like "Buros: Survey; Soldiers: PMW". My
character is slightly offended, as he believes that as a noble he deserves
clearly written orders, and that leaders should be courteous enough to write
complete sentences. That, of course, is In Character, OOC I send a notice
that as an ESL speaker I am quite tolerant to grammar mistakes and normal
ESL mistakes.

However, I then got this messages that... well, it wasn't nice.

Message sent to everyone in your realm (156 recipients)
Gloria(Domingo),isn't your name Gloria if not sorry I am thinking of someone
else,Why did you have your Char send that message when you know it would
start up a problem. Also it seems you just have your char. go and cause
problems every where. In Oligarch you did,now your here in Perdan causing
problems.Right now you have been nothing but a pain in the ass.Why do you
not cause so many freaking problems.

I mean, I think there should be nothing wrong with a character sending
messages that would start up a problem. Isn't that what roleplay is about?
Besides, there have been characters that have created worse problems than my
char's complaining. I could have played along if he would have said, IC,
that Domingo is a pain in the ass.

But I think somewhere in the social contract it should say that people
should be able to roleplay their characters however they want. I am not
even playing an aggressive TL, just one who said it wouldn't follow orders
unless they were carefully written.
