What about when it isn't obvious? What about when ten people report it
within a day of the player being appointed to the second position? Why put
the titans, the player, the mailing list and Tom through all that stress?
Why not just make it not possible to do?

Then, of course, you'll have the legal types arguing 'its not foul play, its
as if you had a family character spying' and so on...
