Your off your rocker dude.  There is a strong risk, much more so than 
just 'cronyism' that some experience now, to powergame your other 
characters into position if your family can hold more than one title per 
island.  I think the mononpoly/risk analogy is very appropriate, it 
simply is not fun for anybody involved.  We are playing a game here for 
enjoyment of everybody right?  Then give every player a fair chance, 
removing this restriction would do away with the chance in increased 
favor of those who have 'experience' or 'cronyism'.
