Björn Falkenström got out the rock slab and etched the following on

Geez, you could have turned down Lordship in Lasanar, don't you think?
I too got Generalship on SWI Sandalak with nary a struggle for a 'new'
character, he was but 19. Even in EI Old Ranc I had a character there
get Generalship after 60 days, but you know what, it's relative, the
characters there didn't like a newer person coming in and taking charge,
there were many characters there that had 300+ days in the realm. Later
I even became ruler, I simultaneously held 2 rulerships and a
generalship. Now tell me how that was sharing the experience of
battlemaster?

Have you ever heard of 'conflict of interest'? That is one of the likey
reasons why Tom has put the restriction in, for how can everybody
involved say that there is no conflict of interest when I hold two
rulerships on EI? Damn that just sounds to funny to even try explain,
oh the irony. Wouldn't it be ironic to be ruler of Oligrach and Perdan,
then beat up on Old Ranc and Fontan before turning towards Sirion
without much of an in-game word spoken between the two characters.

Conflict of interest alarms start going off.

If you need struggle, RP it, I hear lots of people say they get lots of
satisfaction through RP and the unexpected turn of events that it can
bring. Try spitting on a ruler, that will certainly bring a lto of
struggle.

With 1100 players (Lets say 2750 characters) and a voting system,
between 56 realms (for 218 positions). So you mean that the remaining
1600+ characters would have no problems/struggle to get into a position
of direct power? Wow, you really have no faith in others to make sure
things stay on track, to make seemingly sound decisions, or to share the
game experience.

With 1000+ players I would have expected to see a bit more diversity in
BM, alas you really want to cripple or enforce your views of struggles
on others (powergaming imo) by reducing the number of 'players' that
hold council positions, while I argue for increasing the number of
'players' holding council positions to purposefully create
diversity which really lends itself well to developing struggles for
entire realms not just a few.
