It's not for warring realms, I agree. But if it was for giving more players
a chance, why isn't it for each account, instead of for each ISLAND? That
doesn't make sense. You can still have 3 characters have a position if
they're on a different island.

If it was only to give more players a chance, you could make a
council-position-limit per account.


I thought it was to prevent someone having a position in one realm and in
its ally, creating some sort of OOC alliance. Or even if not OOC islands, it
might lead to one huge alliance.
