[Discuss] Mentor requirements

What are the requirements for becoming a mentor?  A new player (barely
a month in the game) has just become a mentor in a realm I'm in.  He
clearly doesn't know enough to teach new players (few would after only
a month), but there he is doing it, and I doubt he'll listen to reason
and switch back.

I suggest making it a requirement that you've been in the game for
over 6 months.  I don't think many realms are so desperate for mentors
that they need newer people to do the job, so I don't think the few
people that would do a good job that soon are significant enough to be
a problem.
