Then you didn't actually read more than the first sentence of what I  
wrote...I said that while it's true that some people *can* separate  
characters, *many* people cannot, and enough who cannot do not  
realize that they cannot, or do not realize how important it is, that  
the one-council-position rule *should* stand.  Even leaving aside the  
more-new-player-opportunities factor.
