In a small vs larger war, you either need good diplomacy to get you good
allies or you need good diplomacy to get you out of the war!
In no way is activity related to whether you can or cannot win wars.
Inactivity is _not_ enforced by code and directed at your realm! It
affects _everyone_ period.
You are affected? Trust me, your enemy will be crying the same rant!
