I had the longstanding ruler of Taith Aenil and duchess of Idapur. But 1) it was a Theocracy [if that matters at all], 2) it predated any more recent code changes, and 3) I can't recall ever appointing myself as duchess. I believe I was named ruler (both times it happened) only after already being duchess.
