Agreed there. Much better than my ridiculous idea of being able to simulate
a late turn movement without having to log in at late turn...

Yes, I was thinking that would be quite realistic. If I am moving from
Region A to Region B, an in the last minute want to go to Region C, I'd have
to travel back the distance from Region B to Region A, then move to C.
Hours should be lost if I do that.
Thus, I propose making cancelling a misdirect it cost you a number of

Make the lost hours equal to half the travel time from Region A to Region B?

Yeah, but it would be one of the many easy-to-deal-with "oops, I messed up!"
moments everyone has from time to time.
