And how would you justify that?
You already have to spend 1 hour per movement order you issue. There are
also additional restrictions that you are penalized with while you are
misdirecting, the same as if you were moving. (With the exception that you can
scout anywhere while misdirecting, but only your destination while actually
moving.)
It seems to me that tacking on OOC restrictions in addition to the already
imposed game restrictions is a pretty harsh penalty that really adds little to the
game.
