By the nobles?

Last time someone got offended by the use of the word moron towards his
character, thinking it was amied at the player. He suggested I pretty much
learn Old English for the linguistically correct insults.

Does it matter which order the words came into being? That is simply unfair,
especially to those who want to RP in the lightweight game, or those who
don'tspeak english as a first language. No self-respecting noble would use
the F-word publicly to insult anyone anyway. He or she'd get fined for
"behaviour unbefitting a noble", most likely.

The Internet is truly a wealth of exotic and meaningful information. Each
new nugget of knowledge it brings to me makes me a little bit stupider.
