Marc, we were talking about that LB not being severe enough punishment.  
That person already wasn't careful.  However, I agree with your 
paraphrasing, but there is a better one dealing with languages.  Again 
quick paraphrase, you do not know the culture or background of everyone 
playing so be careful what you say/do and how it will effect them.
